Hi there! I’m Erin Callinan, the founder of Beneath The Brave, and I’m thrilled you’re here. My journey with bipolar disorder has been anything but easy, but it’s also been incredibly empowering. I’ve faced the crushing weight of depression, the overwhelming buzz of mania, and the relentless grip of anxiety. Through it all, I’ve discovered strategies that helped me not just survive, but thrive.
Through The Smile is more than just a company—it’s a movement. I’m on a mission to help people with mental health conditions take charge of their lives, advocate for their needs, and live without shame. Whether it’s managing medication, setting boundaries, asking for what you need, or just getting through the day, I’ve been there, and I get it.
